💼 Planning Fees
We offer a free consultation call for all custom travel planning. After the call, a one-time planning fee applies. This fee covers the time, expertise, research, and personalized itinerary curation we provide. This ensures we begin the process of preparing trip proposals with committed clients and deliver exceptional service from day one.
Custom Trip Planning & Booking (Up to 15 days)
1-2 travelers | $120
3-4 travelers | $160
5-10 travelers | $250
Itinerary Only - No Bookings (Up to 15 days)
1-2 travelers | $150
3-4 travelers | $220
5-10 travelers | $350
Urgent Custom Trip Planning and bookings (For trips to be planned 10 or less days to departure date)
1-10 travelers | $80 on top of listed planning fee
Annual Subscription Planning & Booking
Up to 2 travelers | $900/year
Pre-Planned Trip Booking
Fixed Group Trips/ Custom number of travelers | No Planning Fee
🔸 Planning fees are due before any itinerary is created or shared. Rates in each category are per group. Reach out for custom rates for groups over 10 travelers and trips over 15 days.
⚙️ How It Works
- Submit Request + Book Consultation Call
Fill out our short ‘Plan My Trip’ form and book a call to discuss your travel goals.
- Pay the Planning Fee
Once the scope is confirmed during the call, an invoice will be sent for the planning fee.
- Receive & Approve a Proposal
You'll receive a curated travel proposal within 3 - 5 business days after payment (subject to trip complexity and destination). You get revisions for any needed changes.
- Receive your Itinerary
For Non-booking trip planning: Once approved, we’ll send the final trip itinerary and booking guides.
For trip planning + Booking: Once approved, we’ll send you the final trip itinerary, alongside an invoice for 30% deposit of the trip cost to make your bookings and reservations. We’ll also request submission of your travel documents for bookings.
💳 Trip Payments & Booking Terms
Deposit: Minimum 30% of the total trip cost is required to begin bookings.
Final Balance: Due no later than 30 days before departure. You will be issued a payment plan if needed.
Late Payments: May result in loss of reservations or price changes.
If you're booking last minute (within 30 days of departure), full payment is due upfront.

Inquiry & Consultation
Your Part: Fill short form & attend 20 min consultation call.
Our Part: Hold the consultation call at your chosen time on our calendar.
After Payment of Planning Fee
Your Part: Await itinerary proposal.
Our Part: Deliver a trip proposal in 3 - 5 business days.
At Proposal Review
Your Part: Approve or request revision.
Our Part: Send the final trip itinerary in 1 - 2 business days per revision if applicable.
After Receiving the final Itinerary
Your Part: Pay trip deposit or full cost and provide travel documents.
Our Part: Make Reservations and Bookings within 2 - 3 business days.
Pre-Trip Support
Your Part: Ask questions anytime. For non-booking trip planning, ask questions within 14 days of receiving your itinerary. Inquiries after this period will be charged.
Our Part: Offer ongoing app/chat/email support.
🔁 Revisions Policy
Up to 2 revisions are included in your planning fee.
Additional major changes (e.g. switching destinations) after proposal delivery may require a new planning fee.
For itinerary-only clients, up to 3 platform or vendor suggestions are provided per category (e.g. flights, hotels, tours).
📬 Communication Policy
All communication will be via:

Scheduled calls (Microsoft Teams)
On commencement of a trip, support is 24/7 for the duration of the trip.
Before trip commences, response time is typically within 1 business day, Monday - Friday (9AM - 5PM EAT/GMT+3) Urgent requests close to travel date are prioritized.
🔐 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
Trip cancellations
Medical emergencies
Lost luggage
We can guide you on reputable providers upon request.
🚨 Important Notes
Prices are in USD, except where stated on select trips.
All bookings are made under the client’s name, and final documents will be shared via email and the itinerary platform.
Payments are accepted/processed via:
Paystack - All card payments (via issued invoice/payment links)
Bank transfer
Mobile Money (M-Pesa Till Number)
❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy
Planning fees are non-refundable once paid, regardless of trip completion.
Trip deposits are subject to the terms and cancellation policies of the individual suppliers (e.g. hotels, airlines, activity providers).
If you cancel after bookings are made, any non-refundable supplier charges will be passed on.
In case of force majeure (e.g. pandemic, travel bans), we will work with suppliers to reschedule or credit your trip whenever possible.
